Water Aerobics is a cool intense workout that offers high calorie burn and the benefit of low impact for every fitness level. Being in the water also increases your lung capacity since your lungs are forced to work harder from the pressure of the water. Wear comfy and modest swimsuits to prevent unexpected wardrobe malfunctions and old sneakers or aqua shoes to prevent foot abrasions.
